Henning Lund, Seafood Analyst, Pareto Securities Equity Research
Mr. Lund holds a Master of Management from the Norwegian Business School (siv.øk. BI). Henning has been a Seafood Analyst for 13 years with prior employers as DnB and Glitnir among others. He has focused on seafood farming, but has also long experience in valuation of wild catch companies and the seafood processing industry. In addition, Lund has followed the fishmeal/oil industry in Peru, Chile and Norway. Prior to being a Financial Analyst Lund worked as Research Director in a marketing research company in Norway.

Lynsey Wenger, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer, Calysta
Lynsey Wenger joined Calysta in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer. She is responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning and management, and for expansion and implementation of Calysta’s long term sustainability strategy and programs. Ms. Wenger joined Calysta following a 16-year career with The Goldman Sachs Group, where she spent the greater part of the last decade specializing in global natural resources investment banking.
During Ms. Wenger’s career at Goldman Sachs, she managed and led investment banking activities in global natural resources ranging from international mergers and acquisitions to significant capital markets transactions, including IPOs and broader equity and debt placements. Her industry experience includes natural gas and electric utilities, power, renewables and alternative energy. Most recently, Ms. Wenger served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division, with responsibility for transactions in the corporate power and utility sectors. Previously, she served in the Americas Financing Group as Head of Investment Grade Power, Utility and Midstream Debt Capital Markets. Earlier in her career she held positions in Equity Derivative Sales in the United States and Australia.
Ms. Wenger holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.

Yoav Dagan, Vice President and Owner, AquaMaof Aquaculture Technologies, Ltd.
Yoav Dagan is the Vice President and Owner of AquaMaof Aquaculture Technologies, Ltd., which provides fish growers with advanced systems for growing fish from eggs to market. AquaMaof operates its own R&D farm, and the company advises aquaculture operators in over 50 locations around the world. Dragan has 20 years of experience in the aquaculture industry, with extensive knowledge ranging from designing to operating fish farms. He studied Economics and Finance at Boston University.

Ohad Maiman, CEO, Kingfish Zeeland
In his former position as VP Business Development at the Merhav Group, Mr. Maiman has had the opportunity to evaluate, develop, and manage multiple operations in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water treatment and Agricultural industries, and that was where he first encountered the land based aquaculture sector. Impressed by the potential of the nascent field, Mr. Maiman left his former position and dedicated himself to study the opportunity in depth, culminating in the founding and launch of Kingfish Zeeland in 2015. Graduated from Columbia University in 2003.

Joe McElwee, Global Sales Manager- Commercial Aquaculture, Pentair Aquatic Eco-Systems
Joe McElwee has been involved in the Aquaculture business for over 35 yrs, farming salmonids in both fresh and marine facilities, including having his own land based Flatfish farm rearing Turbot and Halibut. With an extensive background in all facets of Aquaculture, from the scientific and business perspective, to on the farm and in R&D, the next progression, was with the development of the industry on a global scale. Currently, the Global Sales Manager- Commercial Aquaculture for Pentair Aquatic Eco-Systems, his diverse role enables him to speak and work with, not only industry players and newcomers, but also the Investment community, who are an essential part of the development process of the industry, so as to take it forward to the next generations. His wide range of practical on farm experience and business acumen, is an integral part of the development of Pentair Aquatic’s future vision of Urban Farming

Kristoffer Jordheim, Partner, Pareto Securities, Corporate Finance - Seafood
Mr. Jordheim is part of the seafood team in Pareto Securities’ Corporate Finance division. He spends all his time working on financials transactions in the seafood industry, both domestically and internationally. He has extensive experience from various type of M&A, equity capital markets and debt capital markets transactions. In total, he has twelve years experience in investment banking. Prior to joining Pareto Securities in 2014, he spent seven years in SEB and two years in DNB. Kristoffer started his carrier as an equity analyst. He holds an MSc degree in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). In addition, he spent two years in the Norwegian Navy, including an officer’s degree from the Royal Norwegian Navy Officer Candidate School.

Brad Hudson, Managing Director, Forum Capital
Brad began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Securities (now Bank of America Merrill Lynch). He executed a variety of corporate financial transactions for REITs and private equity funds, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raises, corporate recapitalizations, loan securitizations, and general advisory work. Prior to joining Forum Capital Group, Brad was with International Farming Corporation, one of the nation’s leading agriculture private equity funds, where he focused on farmland and agribusiness investments.
Forum Capital is a family office based in Jacksonville, FL with interests in a wide range of industries across the globe, including real estate, energy, and food. Brad leads Forum Capital Group’s investments in the food sector, with a focus on the global seafood industry. In this role he has served in various operating capacities, including as President of East Coast Seafood Group and Chief Financial Officer of The Fishin’ Company, where he remains on the boards of both companies.

Bret Scholtes, CEO, Omega Protein
Bret Scholtes was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Omega Protein Corporation in 2011. He is also a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Omega Protein is a New York Stock Exchange traded nutritional product company that develops, produces and delivers healthy products throughout the world to improve the nutritional integrity of foods, dietary supplements and animal feeds. The Company operates seven facilities in North America and Europe with 1,100 employees.

Gunnar Nielsen, CFO, Bakkafrost
Gunnar Nielsen has been Chief Financial Officer of Bakkafrost since 2014. Mr. Nielsen has experience in the finance sector. Mr. Nielsen has held positions as corporate finance advisor and auditor. Before joining Bakkafrost, Mr. Nielsen held different positions at the TF Group, including being advisor and CEO in TF Íløgur

Ola Brattvoll, COO Sales & Marketing, Marine Harvest
Mr. Brattvoll has served as the COO of Marine Harvest´s sales & marketing segment since December 2010. Prior to joining us, he worked in the marketing and sales department of the Norwegian Seafood Export Council´s Norway office (1995 to 2002) and Tokyo office (2002 to 2006). Mr. Brattvoll has also worked as Market Director (2006 to 2007) and Vice President of Sales (2010 to 2011) at Hallvard Lerøy AS, a seafood company. He holds a degree in Fisheries from the Norwegian College of Fishery Science, University of Tromsø.

Thor Talseth, Portfolio Manager, AMERRA Capital Management
Mr. Talseth has a long record of accomplishments from the seafood and banking industries. Thor is responsible for managing the investment process related to equity opportunities within AMERRA Capital Management – an Agri-business focused Asset Manager based in New York. Mr. Talseth has been actively involved in a number of large seafood transactions as an investment professional, senior executive, advisor and banker. He is Founding Partner of Neptune Partners, and has previously been Head of Seafood within Corporate Finance at Arctic Securities, Executive Chairman of the Board of Aqua Bio Technology ASA, Managing Director of Landsbanki Norway, Chief Financial Officer at Catch Communication ASA, and Chief Executive Officer for Fjord Marin ASA. Mr. Talseth holds a B.Sc. in Finance from Trondheim Business School (TØH), and programs from Executive Master of Management from The Norwegian Business School (BI).

Hallvard Muri, CEO, AKVA group
Hallvard Muri (b. 1960) assumed the position as CEO in November 2016. Prior to joining AKVA group, he was the CEO of Aker BioMarine AS. Before joining Aker BioMarine AS, Mr. Muri had extensive experience serving in various senior management positions in Aker group companies from 2002 onwards. Hallvard has more than 25 years of senior management experience from a variety of different industries as well as fisheries and aquaculture related sectors. Mr. Muri holds an MsC (Siviløkonom) from BI/Norwegian Business School. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Asker, Norway.

Malcolm DF Pye, CEO, Benchmark Holdings plc
Mr. Pye is the CEO of Benchmark Holdings. He leads the development of group strategy in relation to growth, research, marketing and the deployment of resources. Malcolm is a graduate of Zoology/Applied Zoology from the University of Wales (Bangor). He has over 30 years of experience in international agribusiness, including at board level within the Hillsdown Holding/HMTF animal breeding, feed milling, veterinary and poultry companies. During his time at Hillsdown, Mr. Pye also worked extensively on M&A projects, leading and advising on acquisitions, disposals and integration strategies.

Francisco Lepeley, Chief Financial Officer, AquaChile
Mr. Lepeley joined AquaChile Group as CFO in May 2016. Prior to joining AquaChile, Francisco held several Finance management roles during his nine years with the copper mining group Antofagasta plc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lepeley was portfolio manager with AIG and MetLife, and also held an associate position at the New York office of the management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, where he specialized in corporate restructuring, merger integration and strategic sourcing. Francisco holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and an MBA from The University of Chicago.

Dan Burke, Vice President, Cargill Aqua Nutrition (CQN)
Dan Burke is Vice President for Cargill Aqua Nutrition (CQN) with responsibilities for the operations located in the Americas and EMEA. He has helped grow Cargill through various general management roles for more than 25 years. Prior to his current role, he served as group director with responsibility for Cargill’s Feed and Nutrition businesses in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Mexico, Central America and the Cargill Premix and Nutrition (CPN) business in Russia and Ukraine.
He joined Cargill in 1987 and spent the first year of his career in Cargill’s pork production business in the United States. In 1998, he joined Cargill Animal Nutrition (CAN) as a business manager. He assumed various managing director positions in the United States and Poland from 1999 to 2009. He lead the team in 2010 that developed CAN’s 2015 global business strategy. In 2011, he was named to his current role of vice president and group director. In 2015, he led the integration of the EWOS organization into Cargill and is currently a member of the newly formed Aqua Nutrition leadership team.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in agribusiness from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign and resides in Minneapolis, MN.

Pål Korneliussen, Publisher, IntraFish Media
Pål Korneliussen, Publisher of IntraFish Media, has led the company for over 10 years. Before venturing into media Mr. Korneliussen worked in seafood (Lerøy Seafood, Kolnor Trading) and as a Management Consultant in the fish farming industry. Korneliussen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration.

Drew Cherry is the Editorial Director of IntraFish Media, the world's largest seafood news and information provider. Cherry was born and raised in Alaska, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis, and a Master’s in Professional Writing from the University of Southern California.
